Delivery:

Orders are processed as quickly as possible and we endeavour to despatch within 3 to 5 working days from when the initial order is placed, but please allow 14 days (not including weekends and bank holidays).

Prices:

All prices shown are fully inclusive with FREE delivery to the UK.

Extra delivery costs will be added for sales outside the UK relative to specific geographical areas, Europe and / or Non E.U. Countries when purchasing.

Prices to Countries outside the stated areas will attract extra postage/carriage charges and we would request customers to contact us for specific quotes for these areas.

Returns:

If any product is found to be defective, you can return them to us by post within 14 days of receiving your order, enclosing your name, address, etc., plus order details and we will refund you immediately upon receipt. Return postage is to be paid for by the customer.

All items returned for a refund should be unworn and undamaged and still have any price tickets and labeling intact. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any items that are not fit for re-sale. This does not affect your statutory rights.
