Payments:

Payments must be made to BOSS (trading as STINKY FEET) in full for all goods upon order. Please Note: All goods remain the property of BOSS until full payment is received.

Product Specifications:

BOSS is committed to ensuring that all products are of the highest standard for our customers and in conjunction with the manufacturers, we have a policy of continuous product development and reserve the right to amend the specifications of the product(s).

Guarantees:

In addition to your statutory rights, we ensure that manufacturers of all products supplied by BOSS are guaranteed by the manufacturers against faulty workmanship and materials for a minimum period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

Guarantees do not cover fair wear & tear, neglect, abuse or misuse of your goods, loss or damage due to fire, smoke, water, lightning, sunlight, weather, rusting, corrosion, theft or explosion, accidental damage or consequential loss. The guarantee will be invalidated if the product is tampered with, other than by an authorised / approved footwear service facility.

Ownership:

This website is owned and operated by BOSS trading as STINKY FEET and all rights whatsoever are solely owned by BOSS. Any use, copying or modification of this website and its contents is strictly prohibited, unless granted exclusively by BOSS in writing.

Applicable Law:

These terms and conditions of sale and the supply of goods by BOSS will be subject to English Law. These laws shall apply to any dispute and will govern sales made via direct cash/cheque/card payments, postal & internet sales and all transactions made by any other medium.
